Can these things be replaced on headlights?

Due to a dodgy eBay seller these bits are broken so the headlight is moving around. They look plastic moulded so can't be removed is this true please?

Yeah mate he's given me £18 back which is okay I guess! I can reuse my working ones from my current headlamp if they do come out. Cheers

IIRC they're toast.

Worth trying to fix maybe, but not worth disassembling your own working headlights for, with the possibility that you break those too.

I've had one out but i did it after i got the lense off.
Heres a pic of 1 off.

I can't remember whether the top comes off then you need to disconect inside the light and pull it out from the light, which tbh is gonna be difficult.
