Can you paint the throttle body and rail guard?

Yes, i tried and failed, its a hard job to paint the Throttle body though,

Fuel rail guard is plastic, so not sure if it would flake or whatever after painting,

it takes about 20 minutes as a first timer to take the inlet and the fuel rail guard off. Wipe them over with white spirit/degreaser and paint using Halfords VHT paint.

I've just done mine and it looks brilliant. But I did my last clio with hammerite and a brush and it looked a bit s**t tbh.

yeah i wouldnt use a brush spray all the way, also when putting the parts back on is there torque settings for them?
