Can you tell if a car has uprated cams fitted??

As above really. The car I have seems to have more power than I think (might be just me) but sometimes it idles funny. Everything has been checked in the engine tho and it runs fine. Car has a cat back exhaust with no centre box - could this be causing the funny idle??

My 1.2 16v with no middle box used to idle lumpy aswell mate. It's a common thing on here. I think that's what causes it. I took mine to Reno and had the engine checked over and it turned out fine.
