Cannon D60

Would anyone say this is a good dslr ? Would be for a beginner. But I have seen one for £170. Is this worth it, or is the camera a bit dated now ?

The Canon 60D is the latest model in the prosumer range, if its is a 60D 100% and in fully working order and good condition buy it right now if it's only £170. I'll give you £200 for it.

As Paul pointed out, there did used to be a D60. If it's a 60D for that price, stay well clear, it wont be working, if it's the 60D, stear well clear as the cheapest models available now are so much better and £170 is way over the odds.

Ignore all of the above if it is a Nikon

It was a Canon D60, but after going back and having a look, and a feel for it and finding some info about it. Soon realised it wasnt very good. Had a tiny screen so no good for viewing pictures :\ and only really had 6 megapixels. So its a no, if I am gonna get a dslr just gonna save for a newer model.

Well I read it as it was a Canon D60, a pretty old DSLR as linked by Paul_G.

The fact Brad is saying it was 6mp kind of confirms it really.
