canon 20d for £425 worth it?

local jessops has one in for £425 is it worth it or would i be better going for the 400d??

The 20D is still a very capable camera; the only real difference between a 20D and the latest 30D is the newer model has a spot meter and a larger LCD screen on the back.

If this is "new" (i.e. not 2nd hand) then that's a good price for a very good camera.

but a 30d is only 530 with 50 cash back

and it wont be long till the 40d is out
