Cant find a car gets you cheesed off

Why is it that when your looking for a cheap 172 with mechanical issues you cant find one!!

i thought it would be easy but some people are wanting far to much money for what id say wasn't worth the value been if it was running!

looking £1K under, paint work issues, mechanical are not a issue as i am going to be doing a " boost Waggon"
