cant wait to get back in a clio.

Evening all
its been ages since i posted here, after selling my 172 for a megane 225 then trying a sensible shed for a while, I always regretted letting the clio go so now im back in the market for a 182 and couldnt be more excited.
but im looking for a bit of advice,
1, im not too fussed about colour but certain colours(the silvers) look pretty dull without cup packs, would it be worth getting wheels done and splitter (spoiler not important) on a well priced base 182 than maybe a slightly higher milage cupped 182?

2, most 182s should now have had the belts done so question is almost same as above, would it be worth getting belts done after purchace and how much can i expect to pay?

probobally simple questions but ive been looking at a lot of examples and could use a hand to nudge me towards choosing.
