CAP or Glass's price guide?

Had a test drive in a Focus ST today , it's not for me , but while i was there they asked if i wanted a price for my car................5.5-6k trade in!!!!!!!!!!!!

Black gold 182 with cup packs, 32k , 54 plate, mint inside and out apart from two small stone chips on the bonnet that have been touched up by a body shop!

scandalous!!!!!!!

Has anybody got a copy of Cap or Glass's price guide handy? the Ford dealer said he used CAP price guide!

hehe, i managed to get 400 quid for my 106 diesel.
it had: really leaky sunroof, broken exhaust(pipe cracked on way to trade in), dodgy wipers, huge dent and scratch on nearside of car, wouldnt start properly, and it was a banger

dealers can be good for some things
