This is going to sound really retarded I know, but meh..
I need a new battery for my car as the one in there now is shat. Apparently, the battery I need to replace it is an 027.
Now the question is; Are all batteries of the same type (e.g. 027) EXACTLY the same size and shape?
I'd assume they were, but I've heard of people having to saw off bits of batteries just to get them to fit. I also remember having a massive faff when I was looking for a new battery for my Clio.
I wouldn't usually bother asking, but I'm going to be walking to my local autofactors tomorrow morning and intend to get a battery there and then and walk back like a brilliant battery buying bloke - so ideally I'd like to get the right one..
danké
