Car dealer website??

Hey guys, my brother and I are looking into starting up used car sales and am looking for the best way to design a site which is easy to update with all the new cars we have as my brother isn't very computer literate and something simple for him will make life easier.

I have designed sites using dreamweaver, but I don't have the time to do the site myself and couldn't possibly have the patience to try and show him how.

I'd create the template and then pull in feeds from autotrader but can be expensive.
