car holding back juddery on warm up

As above my 172cup is awful from cold it holds back n bucks terrible until 2minutes and it clears and all is fine!? What is causing this?

i think its the emmisions management. they all do it. mine does the same. if the engine is stone cold it runs crap for about 1.5 mins.
