car juddering

Hi guys,

I've got a clio 172 ph2, and once i start the car and set off the car has a heavy judder, after i hit the rev limiter (whilst making the clutch slip to get to the high revs) the car will be fine for the rest of the journey,
untill i turn it off. Once I turn it back on it does the same thing (from both hot or cold, even if I turn it off then straight back on), hit the rev limiter and its then fine.

The car engine management light also came on with fault code P0105 Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Malfunction, I have replaced the TDC sensor, but its still doing the same problem.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?
