Car pops out of 4th gear

Hi

It very rarely does this but when it does it's a pain ... driving along normally hit a pothole or bump in the road and if i'm in 4th it sometimes pops out ... when the car is stationary i can move the gearstick into 4th halfway without putting the clutch in ... just wondering is this going to be an expensive repair?

which mounts as i've just recently (approx 4000miles) replaced the rear gearbox mount (dogbone i think its called)
