Car randomly cuts out and fuel 'disappears'.....

Since I remapped my 172 with an RSTuner it has been cutting out randomly when revs drop (not always below 1000rpm though)

I've noticed on 2 of the occasions ~60-80 miles of fuel also disappears off of the Trip Computer....

Resulting in something like this:

50 miles left in a ~23% full tank.... It was on 134 miles about 4 minutes before that.

A wire from the alternator was broken just after the remap but that was 'fixed' by the garage.

Any insights or suggestions?

Isn't that the engine warning light on bottom right of the speedo....

I'd get it plugged in to a diagnostics machine see what faults it brings up.
