Car Selling Values

Was thinking recently as to when i sell my car, its currently on 35k and was wondering peoples opinions as to what they consider high mileage as to not be worth as much.
sounds confusing but i was thinking of selling my cup before it hits 50k buying an ITR as to keep the speed aspect then selling a year later when im 25 and insurance aint to expensive.
sound a good idea or will having a 70k ish clio for sale not put people of paying a good price?

Depends on the year of i the car i think? i think the average these days is about 10-12000 miles per year roughly? though i may be wrong

Doesn't matter they loose value regardless milage won't make much isue mines worst about £3k with 30k on (3years old) and £2.5k with 60k.
Related to 172's well 72 is big service time so they drop value for this but its no huge issue I'd never bother just enjoy it.
