car shaking when accelerating

my dci 65 (2005) has started shaking when accelerating (usually when climbing a hill in fourth gear), its not through the steerings it just feels like the whole front end is shaking as i can feel it through the steering, on the pedals and my gf could feel it in the passenger seat

any ideas?

Any lights on? Probably EGR related but it really needs plugging in and checking out as it could be a fuelling or injection fault to.

no lights whatsoever, had the tracking done and a new rear tyre at the weekend (due to not 1 but 3 nails in my tyre) and that has not totally cured the problem but improved it a great deal, which leads me to think i may have lost a balancing weight on a front wheel

try getting your wheels balanced will only cost about £15-£20 and eliminates that problem.
