Car Shampoo

Torn between Dodo juice 'Born To Be Mild' or Duragloss 901.

Anyone with experience with either?

I've no experience of the dodo juice shampoo . I've used the duragloss 901 . It was ok , nothing special imo .Personally i prefer the extreme body wash n wax from carwashnwax .

Duragloss gets my vote.

Not found anything I like as much, a notch above the chemical guys offerings, not tried the Dodo wash though.

I used this for ages, great stuff. Really like Victoria Super Soap but only really best for well prepped cars as it doesn't foam great - but the finish it leaves is superb.

Megs Shampoo Plus is great value though for the product it is too.

Someone told me to use baby shampoo as it is mild.. Havent tried it myself tho!

i used fairy liquid on the mercaedes today that foamed up quite nicely.

Rich always says duragloss is the best, and im ye tto try the dodo juice, ill be buying a 250ml one on my next order.

i used fairy liquid on the mercaedes today that foamed up quite nicely.

Rich always says duragloss is the best, and im ye tto try the dodo juice, ill be buying a 250ml one on my next order.

Mate of mine used some fairy on his first car, an old Nova and within a month there was no paint on it haha.

Not tried dodo and im not going to now. i needed some "off the shelf" shampoo and rich reccomended me some Zymol autowash, i ABSOLUTELY LOVE it. And i will not be using anything else any time soon, cleans well, and leaves a good finish, and i used a strong mix of the stuff and it didnt strip my wax.

Mate of mine used some fairy on his first car, an old Nova and within a month there was no paint on it haha.

I used it as a degreaser for the colt actually, bearing in mind i did give the thing a 22 hour detail afterwards and am still doing it now !!!

I use CG Extreme body wash...But it's as good as any of the top line shampoo's...

I am sticking to the Duargloss and the Megs detailer washes/soaps, Shampoo Plus or Hyperwash.

The Dodo Wash was ok, but nothing special or nothing bad. I still have a fair bit of CG Bodywash and Wax to use, not a bad product just no Duragloss.

Duragloss if you dont want bulk, go for shampoo plus or hyperwash if you want bulk.

Duragloss can be bought in US Gallons. Still just not cheap enough to waste on wheels and arches.
