Car stalls at parking speeds.

Morning

I have a problem with the Ph1 172, the idle is a little rough all the time, sometimes it will go to die and does rescue itself.

The rest of the rev range is perfect, the only time we notice the problem is parking and it does make it look like you can't drive, when your trying to park.

I have got a warrenty on the car but wanted to point a garage in the right direction, so the warrenty company didn't try to get out of paying.

hey i had a ph1 clio before and had the same problem and at traffic lights it would do the same go to die and rescue itself just, but i found that my problem was the spark plugs were badly burnt but just renewed the plugs and sorted the problem for me.

Clean the throttle body out they get caked in crap

Not sure how to do Throttle body though LOL sounds hard

^^just remove the air intake pipe between the air box and throttle body.

then look in the throttle body and there is a flap open it and give it all a good wipe through with a rag with some carb cleaner on
