Car Stereo CD/Mp3/Ipod

Can anyone recommend a good headunit for around £200????? I know Alpine make really good quality stuff but I am not too keen on how they look!

Also looking to upgraded rear speakers so suggestions would be great!

What do you want from the Headunit? iPod support? iPod charging? 2 pre-outs or more? Stalk compatible?

Well want ipod connectivity and would like to be able to use the steering wheel control!
