Car too long on axle stands?

  S2000
I was just wandering - is it not a good idea to leave the car on axle stands for too long (at the front) - could it affect the chasis in anyway with the weight of the engine etc?

If this is the case how long is it OK to be left for?

Thanks.

Just don't knock it off

LOL, don't worry that won't be happening (unless my fat cat jumps on it.) I was replacing the hub but when I took the old hub off I realised the the bottom balljoint gaitor was split so I went to the scrappies and got another one. The problem is that I can't get the old one off my car. One of the bolts is seized solid (the other just snapped in half when I tried to take it off) - I got it so far off but now it won't budge (I tried for about 2 hours  ). I can't even cut it off as I only have a shity junior hacksaw and I have blunted about 4 blades trying. A mate is coming with an angle grinder tomorrow though so that should be fun
