Make sure the car is clean, and the photos are good and clear, if you haven't got a digital camera borrow one as mobile phone pictures come out crap.
I would return the car to standard, and make sure you do a detailed advert, I would also make sure all the service history is neatly documented in a folder.
This advert here by JoshyDee (im sure he won't mind me using it as an example) is a very good template on how to advertise a car.
You should have no trouble selling it by following the above.
