car wash... now limp mode and E.M light?

took car for a car wash in one of them tesco machines.. the ones that do under the chassis aswell (£8!!!) and since leaving the car wash ive been in limp mode and engine management light on?

when i drove from the station to home, it was revvin by itself!!?? luckily it was in limp mode and not revvin to high... and when i hit the brake it stopped?

very odd.. guessing water might have got in somewhere? anyone had this?

edit - the revvin by itself has now stopped aswel....

take your ignition leads out and look for water around the spark plugs. hapend to mine befor cleared out the water then fine

Thats what i would have said aswell, maybe water in the coilpack, leave it 2 dry and all should be well
