Car won't start, need it asap!

Argh, went to start the car today and it won't fire up! It's turning over and music comes on etc, but it just dies when it should fire. This only ever happens when it's cold, could it be the plugs??? Really don't think it's the battery as it's getting no worse.

Need help as soon as please.

Give all connections a wiggle. A trick I used to use on my 106gti that had a faulty crank sensor was to put car in gear then give it a few rocks back and forth used to start everyone after that. worth a try if nothing else.

Can't imagine its the plugs but worth a check just whip them out 1 by 1 hold against something metal and check for a spark.

Rocking it might work - this has happened to me before if it's been cold and the car hasn't been driven for a few days.

No idea what it was, the b*****d is starting again now, must just not like the cold weather! Gary_vvti changed the TDC sensor and it wasn't that, checked plugs, checked battery, all sorts tbf, but now it seems to be ok again that the weather isnt -4 anymore, lol.

Definitely want it looking at though, as the Trip computer still reset's itself when its cold overnight, frustrating as f**k!
