Car wont start.....

I havent driven the car for a good few days as the alt belt started to make a funny noise. Now today after all the cold weather I tried to start her to get her down the garage but she wont...

I can hear the starter kicking out but not engaging or not kicking out enough to crank over.

Could this be down to lack of battery power as the car has been standing for a week or so in the cold? All lights and radio etc are working fine inside.

I also left my xenons on for all of 10 mintes not so long ago and the car wouldnt start then? Defo battery? Is it worth bumping the car? I need to get her to the garage today.
