Carbon Badges

Car  Clio 182 Trophy #193
Was thinking of doing the side badges, renault diamonds and the clio badges in matt carbon. Dont know if anyone has any suggestions for doing this? Will be purchasing some second badges to experiment with so as to be able to put back to standard.

Help appreciated.

not real unfortunatly, just film wrapped, but very convincing, and pretty damn cool looking!

they came with the car, but it just so happens the guy who did it has just registered on here.

his forum name is: tommy rallye

might be worth sending him a PM so he can give you a bit more info.

Hm, I was just looking for some carbon effect vinyl sheets online. Id happily have a stab at doin it myself, but just worried about spending a tenner on a sheet of vinyl that looks nothing like CF in the flesh.

Just ordered a sheet of A4 CF Vinyl from ebay. Shall have a go at doing the diamonds myself. Pics to follow in a few days...

i did it with the real stuff, got it off a online website think it was stewerts f1 or something like that.

Can someone explain how people made there side 'bullets' please? Is it as easy as just sticking the cf vinyl over the top... lol

i have a carbon front badge, wraped by me in carbon vinyl

looks good against a black car, not a good pic but meh
