M Mesa Car 182 (Conversion) Jul 30, 2009 #2 Sorry to bump this, but it's dropped to page 3 without an answer. When I say disconnect the plug I mean from around the OS headlight area...but without doing anything else to it. Any help appreciated, I know it's a PITA subject so thanks.

G Gray Car M3 Touring Jul 30, 2009 #6 IIRC it filters fuel vapour and fumes through the charcoal canister, which then goes through the inlet manifold.. and is burnt off through combustion

Click to expand... I think the car would rev its balls off... similar to an air leak, but when running ITB's does it no make that system redundant ?
