Carbon Fibre bonnet

Just a question regarding the bonnet arm that holds the bonnet open.


Noticed on the standard bonnet the arm is riveted on, just curious what people do to fix the arm to the carbon fibre bonnet.

They use bonnet pins usually don't they?

Well apparently this one my mate has has a recess pre-drilled in it for a bonnet arm.

My bonnet arm is also riveted to the underside of my K Tec carbon bonnet. It also has the threaded holes cast into the bonnet so it can be used on the original hinges and the bonnet catch from the original bonnet fitted
