Carbon/Paint???

this isnt my car, But you see where the dash strips are blue?
mine are all scratched up and silver
....
Do i carbon fibre wrap? and match the badge at the front to match?
Or maybe match the strips to the colour of my car, Mines dark blue

Any suggestions welcome
