Carlack 68 Hand polishing kit

Guys and gals,
got some kit through yesterday and after reading some good reviews of the carlack 68 kit and german applicator i thought i would give it a try. has anybody got any details of how it is best applied eg which side of the applicator for the scratch remover and the polish.

The softest side mate, I.e. not the yellow one, i think its red? with black in the middle, all i remember is the yellow was in my hand lol!
