hi hear we have a bmw m3 e90. the car is a CAT B and can not go back on the uk roads as it has had a letter of destruction put on it. it can go out of the uk and be used abroad as are laws dont apply once its left. the car had front end damage. when we got the car it was hpi clear it was only after we repaired the car that it come up as a cat b. the car has only 6500 miles and has every optional extra other than dsg gear box. the car also has a white rap as it is blue underneth.

the car has the v5 log book and service history with it and we have photos of the car befor it was repaired

to who ever buys the car you will need to bring a valid passport as i.d so i can see its leaving the uk if it stays in the uk i will remove the i.d.

the car has been repaired to a very high standards and the only thing that is needed is the corect head lights. the zenons that are in the car now work fine but they are not the dynamic headlights that it should have.

the car rund and drives fine with no falts

Ha can't be arsed today.

Admitted it shouldn't be back on the road.

The thing is the repair costs could have been 30k's worth but it would still only be a cat C.

The fact this is a cat B is worrying. Then again cars that have heavy water damage are cat B. Go figure.

Does he think that some one will just let him take their passport?

A Cat B with a vinyl wrap.
I can just imagine taking the wrap off to find a complete mess (obviously just scratches) haha.

Still, it sounds like it was pretty much brand new when it was binned. 6K miles. Jesus.
