Cd Changer Help ????

Hi all o just bought a clio 182 and it has a sony 6 disk changer under the passenger seat, and the head unit is a renault single cd unit. I cant for the life of me figure out how to access the cd changer unit from the head unit. How do i play the cds in the changer????
I asked the women who i bought it from and she said she never used it, but her ex did.

the sony cd changer wont work with the renault head unit.

only the renault one will, i think its an alpine unit. I may have one for sale soon though.
