CD Multi Changer wont eject.

its the standard ph2 one and on display it says ERR. when i try to eject the CD magazine it wont eject.

any ideas?

Take it out of the car, undo the screws, pop it open and remove the caddy. It's fairly simple. Mine did it half a dozen times before it broke.

I just hooked a key into one of the slots and pulled it hard when i presses the eject button.
