central locking key fob battery

Thanks to ChrisRS my central locking is now working but won't work from outside the car i'm thinking this could be down to a weak battery, now what can i do where would you recommed me buying the batteries from the dealer or any shops that sell them.

got da battery now have a prob, key fob only works when close to the sensor and not outside the car HELP
