Central locking problem

Right ive got a 2002 172 cup (as per pic).

Tried to unlock the doors today with the central locking and it isnt opening?

The lights flash and i can hear a plip but the doors wont open , just the boot. I cant even get in using the key on either door (no feel of the lock turning)?

Door handles just lift right up too.

What the hell's going on?

ive got a 2002 clio 172, my drivers door is doing this. did u find out what the problem was and how much? cheers

getbthe door panels off check for loose or damaged wires and the soleniods are getting power and the locks are ok
