Change Sidelights

I've searched and people say to change the sidelights i need to twist anti clockwise.. then i read on at others say they just pull out.

Which is it? Im gonna get the pliers out soon lol

oh yeah, extra tip. when you do get the bulbs out, dont drop the new one while trying to put it in on the drivers side. if you do drop it however, you can use a hoover to suck it out the bottom of the engine bay ;)

Done. Cut up hands but Done.

Just note that the drivers side sidelight is tucked nearer to the main beam so its a bit harder to get out. Also the air conditioning doesn't help.

Yeah, air con doesn't help on the drivers side, trickiest part of the job is trying to fit the rubber caps back over the holes.

Had to get the gf and her little hands to do it for me :eek:

Blast from the past this, but just had the misfortune of having to change both sidelight bulbs. Passenger side is OK when you know how, but the drivers side is a right pain in the arse. I'd like to meet the guy that designed that setup and trade him some shredded hands!
