Changing cable to FBW throttle

I have a cup racer engine to fit in my 172 road car which came with no engine, it has the cable throttle at the moment and I need to change back to FBW as I don't want to change ECU now. Will any TB from a 172/182 fit or do I need a particular model?

eh?? throttle body is the same, intake plenum is specific

Sorry misread the question. I was replying to the plenum question. Yes the tb's are the same. Plenum is slightly different.
