Changing Clio 200 Headlight bulb

Hi - got a dipped headlight out on the 200, want to know how to change it? Not a bumper off job is it? Driver side if that makes any difference...

Take out the screw holding the washer strap and you can get to the bulbs, however not sure if you twist or ull out the bulb. I ahve been trying to chnage the dppied bulb on the passenger side. I know I have to remove the air pipe next to the battery, but want to know which way to twist or pull out the bulb. Just do not want to break anything.
