Changing colour of interior plastic to original colour?

Ok, weird question. But I want to get my apillars the same colour as my doorcards once my tweeter pods are done otherwise they will look too aftermarket and obvious.

Any ideas on a colour to use, or if its even possible? Dont know what other options I have as to coat it in leather or something will make it too thick for the a pillar
