Changing full beam bulbs

Got the PH1 sport lights and im confused as to how the full beam bulb can be changed.

Dipped was simply unplug and plug in, then turn back into place, but the full beam has som sort of plastic surround on there too that I can't figure out how to remove to change the bulb, tried pulling and twisting but got no where.

Ideas?

I would like to know this too tried for ages to get them out on my 172 wasnt happening like.
