changing headlight beam

hi people, im going to germany to work and taking the 172 with me, as the germs drive on the other side my headlights are going to be blinding them, i know i can get stick on things to change the direction of the beam but dont want to put them on, my old bmw i could change the direction on top of the lights as it being a german car, as the 172 is made in france thought they might have the same, but cant find anything on the lights apart from to angle the direction up and down

anyone any ideas if there is anything on the lights to change the beam the other way?

I didn't think you could adjust Xenons, i thought the only way was fitting LHD lights.

il just drive like normal and blind the germs, and hopefully make a few crash haha
