Changing headlights on a 172?

I'm buying some xenons for my cup tomorrow just wanted to know how hard they are to change, have you got to take the bumper off and how long does it take

Bolts are behind the archliner if I remember correctly

bumper off, one bolt on the top of the light, two bottom front.
