Nice simple job if you make sure you find discs from a nice disc supplier who'll press new bearings in for you and supply new nyloc stub nuts for you too. Just make sure the stub nuts are the waisted type like the originals or come with a suitable washer to spread the load on the bearing. Check out CRN Performance on ebay, they sorted me out with a decent set nice and quickly and will pre-fit bearings if you ask for a small charge.
Renault charge the earth for genuine replacements but they do come with bearings. I know YozzaSport do a genuine renault set at a decent price.
