Changing spark plugs 172

Could someone please explain how to change the spark plugs on my clio 172 sport 2002 (02 reg)?

not sure how u physically do it but mine cost me £75 to do! think u gotta take inlet off?

yep, remove the inlet plenham, undo all the breathers etc.
