changing the time

Ok this is probably a stupid question, but how the hell do you alter the clock on a mk2 ph1 (in dash one)?

If its the center console display you have to use the radio, if its the one on the dials turn the black stick thing to the right

172's you can adjust it below the center display

Press the right hand button for the mins. and the left for the hours.
