Changing tweeters

Do I need to get the dash off to change the tweeters or is there an easier way? I know you can remove the grill but that seems too small to get the tweeter out to change it.

Ideally yeah, 20 min job to get the dash off.

I need to do mine and you do need to take dash off pain in the arse but yeah gonna do it next week I think need some decent tweeters for that crisper sound =)

When you have all the screws/trim out etc and are really to get the dash off. sit in the passenger seat and pull the dash gently but firmly directly back towards you. Don't pull it up as it can get stuck on the airbag clips but it wont if you don't yank it up.
