Just as a heads-up for people who might be interested? In particular those who would want to tether it to their Blackberry phone.

Picked up one yesterday and it's pretty much bang on for what I need it for - one week before going on holiday. Small, light, well built - it's still leagues off the newer iPad's in terms of overall presentation however. You do have to question Blackberry's shear audacity at originally pricing this to go toe-to-toe with the high-end iPads. They were never going to win...... but now at a price less than a new touch-screen Kindle, it's a good buy.

And yes, I'm aware of the Nexus.

They're actually very good and always were, just a silly price when released. Absolute bargain now!

I have one. Work paid just under the RRP for it (the 64gb). Facking bargain now if all you want to do is watch TV. The browser is f**king s**t though.

Same here. It was a bit of an impulse purchase, but I'm glad I did it. The original RRP was total crack-pipe territory - and as Dan says, a bargain now.

That's an absolute bargain.

Not sure I'd have one over an Android alternative though.

Bargain, though the specs of the Nexus 7 maybe more useful to some (depends on usage I guess as this has HDMI out etc)

Not a bad price. I did look at these but just couldn't bring myself to buy it.

Bought a fusion5 instead which is awesome for the money.
