Cheap insurance!!!

I have got a clio 182 cup myself and a friend wants one. Problem is he is 19 and is strugglin to get insured under 3000!!

Anybody know where he might try to find a cheaper quote?

its still being repaired, long story, ive posted threads about this all before

matt, if your mate has 2years ncb then he'll stand a chance of getting a decent quote, i was on my dads policy for the last year, so havent got any ncb.
no ncb = no insurance
