there's money to be made from that...spoiler, wheels, seats, etc.. so long as they're not f00ked... may have to put a sneeky bid in there at the last minute..

loks a bargain at only 930 quid! it says the highest bidder is B3jne - isnt that a guy off this forum?

so he must of got it back and now selling it

Not sure as the person who originally bought it (Jordan) was from Nottinghamshire, where as the car now in Leeds! tho he could have moved I suppose!

It does say in the aution...ANYONE BIDDING ON CAR SHOULD HPI BEFORE END OF AUCTION so i guess this would highlight the fact its a stolen recovered jobbie etc etc. Anyways i'm going to watch this auction, if its going for stupid cash, buy it! lol ;)

yeah i'm thinking that too... sell the seats, etc etc and keep the engine box dash etc for ma mk2 ph1.

could be a bargain this, I dare say the HPI will show it's a Cat D but as per the listing the car has been VOSA'd so it should be fine...anything under 5k and it's a proper bargain IMO - I reckon it will go for about 7k though...

I reckon he's still looking for upwards of £10k for it, the auction will either end early if it's not attracting the bids or there'll be a flurry of bids towards the end of the auction. If the car is in otherwise good condition there's a bargain to had at the moment

Knowing that there seems to be a steady trickle of cars coming up for sale at various prices i'd be more tempted to stick my money on a mint example with a good history.

it's also had 2 owners - as Jordan had it from new i'm guessing this guy is the second owner and bought the car either before or after the repairwork

Asked the Guy a few Q's...he's not really giving too away, asked about the stolen recovered thing and damage etc, but he did confirm he bought this from a 'mate' who had the work completed!! Still interested :D

/\
Questions asked...here are some answers:
  • the car was RTA (not track)
  • the pictures are post accident
  • preve winning bidder pulled out becasue he did not read the advert properly & was not aware of the repaired accident damage...
I'm in for this...

We're going to bid this up way too early!!!! Can we please all await the last 5mins, then someone will be gurantee a bargin!! lol

Gone a little out of my price range now :(

Asked the guy if he fancied a swap for my mk2 172 lol...sadly but not surprisingly he said no! double :(
