cheap tuning... is there such a thing?

I have a mk3 clio 1.4 16v. Has anyone got any ideas where i could get it to around the 100bhp mark without spending too much. It already has a full scorpion exhaust system.

any help would be good

Ben's on about 400bhp

Not much you can do a 1.4 in terms of power increase

Best bet is loose some weight improve the brakes and handling and it'll be a far more capable car
