ive found the bush set for £35 think might try that and press them in.

have you ever change one, i put original springs back on the car last night as wife didnt like lowered ones and it looks like you have to remove the front lower subframe as you cant get the front bolt out of the arm because of it, which seems crazy as it looks like radiator etc has to come out some the subframe can be moved in order to get the bolt out as its about 120mm long ?
